Assuring Insurance

Monday, January 14th, 2008

Some of you might remember me from years ago, when I ran insurance debits (collection and sales routes) in West Charlotte, The Plaza area and Pineville. Quite honestly, it was an experience that ran second only to my rock-n-roll journalism as my favorite.
Meeting some of the finest, downhome folks anywhere in surroundings that suggest relaxing home-town rather than megalopolis was probably the highlight of it all.

Of course, today’s insurance is either automated, bank-draft or mail-pay and the “debits” are all but history. Still, it was refreshing to take a “drive down memory lane” a few days ago and relive the old days. Natch, Charlotte’s changed a lot since the Seventies, but, guess what? The people haven’t!! We still have neighborhoods — some nestled within just a coupla miles from downtown — that are as vibrant, friendly and comfortable as any “Mayberry”. Although we’ve been forced to be a bit more security-conscious (all the more reason to be insured these days!), the fact that we, as Charlotteans/Pinevillites, are of the same caliber — even thirty-plus years after those days — and still have that “down-home” touch is a tremendous credit … and a warm welcome to everyone who visits!

SOME MEMORIES BRING A CHUCKLE: There was the time when a lady in Windsong Trails had a “beware of dog” sign in her fenced-in yard. The beautiful black lab was friendly … until I got back in my car! It was then she wanted to drive — and wouldn’t get out of the front seat until I turned the ignition, pressed the accelerator and honked the horn. The owner said: “See? I toldja to ‘beware of the dog’!”

SPEAKING OF INSURANCE …

Like I said, we’re all in need of insurance, whether it be health, hospitalization, cancer, life or insuring our belongings (including house and vehicles) — or keeping it all up-to-date, if we have it.
But finding the best coverage with affordable premiums can take scads of phone calls, visits, comparisons and … well, frustration! But there’s one site that can do it all for you; not only will you receive the coverage you need/want/deserve, but at prices that won’t hurt your wallet one bit!
Not only will InsureLog give you the best health and medical insurance comparisons, but they also have a number of interesting articles and news concerning coverage, legislation and benefits.
So, instead of making a long, tiring search for the right coverage, just go to the place that offers comparisons for the best in individual health insurance. That way, you’ll make the best choice for your insurance investment!
Believe me, you’ll be thankful you did!

Air ANOA

Saturday, January 12th, 2008

In case you’re wonderin’ what that title means, it’s the most common response when I ask folks if they’d ever traveled by plane. It reads “air a no a” (or, There ain’t no way!).
Still, going by air is quicker and more efficient than by car … especially if you’ve gotta load of miles travel. And it honestly seems that agents and employees at Charlotte International go the extra mile to provide you with the best and friendliest service of any airport in the nation! Sure, the terminal traffic can get under your already-impatient-for-the-next-flight-out skin, but that’s normal in every big-city airport.

I take special pride in the CDIA because, back in 1974, I helped build some of the runways. We knew we were onto something very special, and each person who was building onto the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport felt a tremendous sense of pride in his or her accomplishment. The finished product was undoubtedly gonna be beautiful — a crowning glory for the Queen City.

Although we knew it was going to be a busy hub between the major cities, no one had any idea how vital it would be until the new millenium started, and thousands of dignitaries, congressional bigwigs and others would be using it as a point of stop or transfer for meetings, sessions and negotiations for everything from the WTC attacks, disaster preparedness in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the Iraq War and much more. Not only that, but the millions who’ve passed through its concourses and corridors have had a taste of true Charlotte hospitality. It’s something we can be proud of as it’s continuously cited as one of America’s top airports.

GIVE ME THE TOOLS! I’LL DO THE JOB!

This quote, credited to Sir Winston Churchill, is one spoken by every mechanic and contractor in America at one time or another. Whether nailers, compressors, sandpaper or air tools, the instruments of his/her work are important … and, of course, for them to be of maximum benefit and usage, they must be the best; quality product demands quality tools.

And you can’t get any better than the tools of Ingersoll-Rand™. Now you can get the best tools for the job you’re planning (or already working on) at a great price — and all by clicking on the link you’re about to see.
But there’s more! You see, eToolsNow not only gives you the categories of tools you can choose from, but also offers advice if you have problems or questions concerning them! And you can rest easy in ordering! It’s all “hacker-safe” … and, when you combine that with the quality products, speedy delivery and the advice advantage, you have the ultimate in shopping … sort of like “hitting the nail on the head” each time!
So for the best Ingersoll Rand air tools, click on that link now
and soon you’ll have the precision tools to make your project look its very best!

Yes, But Does It Brew Coffee?

Friday, January 11th, 2008

It’s in a museum now, but this is exactly what my first computer looked like. I bought it at a Goodwill store, and thought that, man, I was gonna finally be part of the “now” generation.

Yeah. Right. I’m the guy that only buys tie-up shoes if they come with instructions!

Now, don’t get me wrong: Charlotte has plenty of folks who can tell ya how to run a computer, but (bein’ of the Virge Hinson lineage) I was stubborn as one of grandpaw’s surviving mules (what happened to the rest? Check your glue bottles …).

I knew how to plug it in, and even found out where to put the keyboard and mouseplugs (at the time, I was married. Frustrated with my tinkering with it, my wife gave me other ideas as to where I could put them … which I rejected). But … what to do when that black screen with crazy words came on it (later, I found out it’s called a “DOS” screen. “DOS” meaning Dumb Offbase Simpleton, I guess)?
After reading a book called Computers for Dummies (which they wouldn’t sell me, at first; said I didn’t come up to the basic qualification for jackass …), I finally figured out how to get the desktop screen on it.
And, abruptly, got lost.
Long story short (you may be eating lunch): I ended up giving the whole shebang to my son … who, in fifteen minutes, had the thing up, running … crashing … restarting … up, running … freezing up … off, on, up, running …

The sound of breaking glass, and that humongous monitor and funky base hitting the ground below the window would’ve caused every dog in the neighborhood to bark. But, as luck would have it, my wife-at-the-time stayed silent … and Tim and I were on our way to Radio Shack for something a little better. With instructions.

LAP-PING IT UP

Today, the big success stories lie with the laptop models. Convenient, portable and amazingly versatile, they’ve swept the world by making the information superhighway a lot easier to travel!

Now, if you shop for one at your neighborhood electronics store (huh?? Did I say Wal-Mart® ?), you might have to wait in line, go through loads of models with no salesperson there to help you, and pay top-dollar at the registers.
OR … you can go to Buy.com and find the best laptop for your work and home — at a price that’s much less than you’d find at a retailer!
The link I’m gonna give you in a moment will take you to their site, where you can shop for quality names like Toshiba and Sony, search for the type, brand, RAM and processor you need through their engines (on the left of the screen) and more!
No long lines, no pushy salesmen, a lot of savings, top brands, a secure server with one of the most popular webside stores in existence … and all at the click of a mouse! What more could you ask for??
So, for the best notebook computer for your need, budget and style, just click on the link you just passed.
Believe me, you will be satisfied!

We Can Use Some Help

Friday, January 11th, 2008

We all need someone to listen to us, and, on occasion, that can mean a qualified mental health counselor or psychiatrist. (I even went to a couple myself in the past. Hey … it’s no secret!) Sometimes, emotional pressure can build to fever pitch, nerves can fray, and even the simplest challenges can muddle and confuse the mind. So we all can benefit, at one time or another, from professional help.

And no one needs it more than Britney Spears, right??

WRONG!!!!!!

Y’see, there are thousands of people around this country … some even in Mecklenburg County … who are one step away from doing harm to themselves, others, or near a breakdown of one kind or another. They need someone to talk with, someone to help them … someone to care. On occasion, a pastor or teacher will reach out, but it takes someone trained in the discovery of mental and/or emotional disorders to help them lead a happy, rational and fulfilling life. These people are more important than Britney, Lindsay, Paris or any tabloid star because they’re our friends, neighbors, family members or fellow students.

One thing that really griped this Relic was that the small-screen paparazzi shows are more intent on showing the mistakes these “stars” make than any sort of rehab they’re doing! And, friends, as long as those flash-bulbs go off and their sullen, confused faces are put in the tabloids, they’ll never get the full help they need!

We’re often the same way: Waiting for John or Jane Doe to stumble, do something that, to us, is “absurd”, or whatever. It becomes fodder for gossip, blame and, sometimes, outright hatred. But, what if there were understanding? Patience? A hand to help them? You see, each one of us can help those who have a challenge, whether it just be “down in the dumps” or clinical depression, confusion or bipolar disorder, or worse. And we can do that, in its simplest form, just by being there: to listen … to care … to help constructively and patiently.

WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO BRASS TACKS …

Rehab. Some think of it as a “quick fix” for people with substance-abuse problems. In the light of recent “tabloid stars” visiting rehabilitation centers … then leaving before they’re ready … centers around the nation have been given a “bum rap.”
But, when it comes down to “brass tacks,” there’s no place better to get the assistance that patients need to not only recover from, but defeat the demons that plague them.
One of the very best is Cliffside Malibu. From a gorgeous setting to the most professional and caring help imaginable, people with substance-abuse problems can come face-to-face with their situation and change it for the better!
They also help with conquering eating disorders (let’s face it: It also can be a “substance abuse,” in a way … with the “substance” being food!), as well as depression.
The center has a full menu of residential treatment programs including detox, individual therapy, group therapy, depression treatment, and alternative medicine, and fully explain the methods they use as well as their goals.
Yes, Cliffside is comfortable in its surroundings — but all the better to help people in their therapy. Who wants to be around a hard, cold, negative environment while going through an important change in life? They make their clients feel more at ease as they undergo the transition from addiction to wholeness … and it works!
To find out more about drug rehabilitation and what Cliffside Malibu can do for you, just go to the link up there and visit their fact-filled site!
You’ll be glad you did!

Caring for the Elderly

Thursday, January 10th, 2008

One of the best, and most needed, qualities of the Queen City is the way it cares for its elderly citizens. From Senior Citizens’ classes in churches around the county to groups subsidized by local organizations, the older generation is spotlighted and realized as a vital, necessary component of the citizenry here.

However, sometimes they need extra assistance, in the manner of care homes. I remember, years ago, my daddy taught Sunday School at Tipton Brother’s (formerly Providence) Nursing Home near Matthews — and, upon accompanying him there, I saw how important this care can be! They were excellent!
Of course, that was years ago; the challenge today — especially considering the tighter rules and regulations of watchdog agencies — is finding just the right home for your loved one. Obviously, that can take many calls, visits, interviews (both with management and the family member[s] involved) and decisions.

But there’s a wonderful company that can help you make the right decision in choosing the best care for your elderly family member. While it’s actually a company from England and its search engine is set up to serve the British, the people at Better Caring have information on health and financial issues, the advantages of home care compared with residential — even a discussion forum for any questions, advice or remarks you may have. You can also find reviews of products that will help make life easier for your senior citizen, news that applies to issues of the elderly, and much more!
In short, they honestly have the welfare of the elderly at heart, and provide timely information to help you make the best decision for your loved one’s happiness and security!

With today’s baby-boomers becoming older (and they’re the largest segment of today’s population!), it’s vital that we become well-informed about the care and health of our senior citizens. And, whether it’s in England or in Charlotte, N. C., the more useful information we can absorb and use, the better off they’re all going to be! Remember … these people are our parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends — and they have years of experience, decades of history — and lifetimes of love — from which we can learn. So why not learn more, from one of the most trusted sites in senior care? Just click on this nursing homes site now!! (Incidentally — and since Charlotte has a number of people who’ve moved here from the UK, and/or have family there – this would be an excellent chance to share the site with others!)

The information you’ll receive is priceless … just like our senior citizens!

A Wise Investment

Tuesday, January 8th, 2008

It’s something we hear every day: “I’ve gotta do something to keep me and my family above water! These prices are getting too high for us!”

As we see oil, gas and consumable products increase in price, many of us are wondering if our purchasing power’s will eventually go down the proverbial tubes.
As it stands now, our cost of living (the entire nation’s … not just Charlotte’s) is exceeding the wages more of us make … and, as long as the present sociopolitical scene continues on its bizarre course, there’s no discernable end in sight!

In other words, we need to do something to safeguard our buying power … something that will buffer us from recession.

That’s where the Monex Deposit Company comes in. You see, for centuries, people of all nations have relied on gold to maintain or increase their financial status; iand, with today’s economy, investing in it makes sense. Now, the people at Monex can help you do just that. With experienced and people-oriented Account Representatives available to guide you and answer any questions you have, the choice of personal delivery or safe and convenient storage arrangement, three different forms of gold bullion to choose from, and a company that’s been America’s most trusted name in gold and precious-metals investment for over forty years, you can secure your financial future with confidence thanks to MDC.

To get started, just click on this one word and start making that secure future happen: gold — and do it today! An Account Rep will help you every step of the way … and you and your family will be infinitely better off for it!

The Medical Miracle in the QC

Tuesday, January 8th, 2008

Carolinas Medical Center in CharlotteIt seems that, of all the professions on the books these days, those carrying the descriptions of doctor or nurse have caught more flak over the past few decades than any.

Yet, I dare you to find any more concerned, empathetic and skilled physicians and nurses than we have right here in the Queen City! Whether they’re at any of Carolinas Medical Center’s Health Care outreaches (or the main hospital itself), Presbyterian, Mercy or with private M.D.s, they provide (in my opinion — and as said before — this Relic’s been around!) the very best in care!

Imagine, if you will, being on-duty for more hours per day than any “9-to-5″ worker; being on your feet on tiled floors during 99% of that time; answering questions from worried, crying, occasionally-angry family members; having to do your work in “double-time” and precisely; dealing with piles of charts, requests, updates, prescriptions, being “on-call” … and all with the knowledge that one slip-up could conceivably mean the difference between life and death for someone!

And that’s just the nurses! Imagine what a doctor has to go through in this near-megalopolis!!

I’m blessed to have had over 20 of my cousins and direct relatives employed as nurses, interns or whatever in the Charlotte system … and, from them, I’ve learned that compassion, understanding and patience are the three things these people want the most from their patients (and their families). When you look at the tremendous success rate these hospitals, doctors, surgeons and nurses have; when you see all the little, cherubic faces that are here thanks to their expertise; when you look into the eyes of a worried father, brother, wife or sister and see hope instead of fear and despair over a loved one’s illness … you can thank these true “angels of mercy.”

Certainly, one Relic thanks them … from the bottom of this rock-and-roll heart …

CLEANSING THE SYSTEM … A NECESSITY FOR HEALTH

Back when I was a kid, my daddy used to tell me that “the best way to take care of your health is to keep your insides cleaned out”. And, y’know, as I get older, I realize he was right! At 57, I know it’s important to cleanse the colon and liver in order to live a healthier and longer life (I think you know it, too … right??)

Now, there’s a great site you can refer to if you want to know more about colon-and-liver cleansing. The folks at Puristat not only describe its importance, but actually educate you on things like diverticulitis, parasites, weight gain, IBS and much more! They give you product choices that help cleanse the system, lifestyle tips, articles and even a list of symptoms to determine if you’re in need of a colon-cleanse!

The products they offer are top-quality, proven effective and wallet-friendly! Also, you can be assured that your order will be placed via a very secure server to avoid anyone getting your information!

Listen … 70% of your immune system makes its home in the digestive system, so it’s vital to take care of it. The symptoms listed on their front page will let you know, in no uncertain terms (Grandpa Virge’s favorite term. I just “adopted” it) that something’s just not right. So take a minute and click on the link for the best and most thoroughly successful colon cleanse information, education and products. Believe me … you really will appreciate it in the long run!

At Home Before I Get There …

Monday, January 7th, 2008

As confusing as that title is, it’s true:

During the Ohio Championship Wrestling show last night (and it was family-friendly great! If ya haven’t caught one, do it when you’re in the area!), I was announced as “from Charlotte, North Carolina” (bless ‘em!). While feelin’ a lotta pride from that, I was stopped at intermission by no less than four fans: One wanted me to “look up his nephew when I got back” (okay, Michael Sertzman … if you’re out there, make some noise!) and, from another: “Is them crackers really from down there?” (awwww, she was talkin’ about Lance … not anything racial …)

Got to talk with legendary announcer, Charlie Dunlap, about Stan and Sis Kaplan as well as Jay Thomas, Don Russell and others (he threw Thomas and Russell in there just to rankle me a bit. We’ve been friends for awhile now …). Annnnd (get this!) I ran into my third cousin at the match! It was grandpaw Virge’s brother’s son’s son (didja follow me on that one?).

I noticed that even one of our crew, close friend and former WCW great Bobby Blaze (now OCW Commissioner) had, in his pro stats, that he was from “Ashland, Ky./Charlotte, N.C.”. In talking with legend Ivan Koloff a few years ago, he said they’ll do that sometimes to give the wrestler more of a “recognizable hometown.” Of course, Bobby’d played Charlotte quite a few times while with WCW, and appreciates each and every fan here.

But the point I’m making is that, while Charlotte has beauty, business, industry, etc., it also has something very important, and it’s what proves we’re growing: IT HAS IMPACT! Not only in a National Guard Armory in a town about 300 miles away, but, you can bet, all over the nation!

And that’s something we all can be proud of! Let’s just keep “doin’ what we’re doin’ right”, and we’ll really reap the benefits of it!
Oh, yeah … if you wanna read more about the OCW event itself, just tune in to this page, okay?? Thanks.

On The Road Again …

Thursday, January 3rd, 2008

Headin’ back to Ashland for the wrestling gig, I’ve found a few things to jawjack about … now that I’ve finally made it through Fancy Gap …

First, if you’re goin’ through this stretch of 77, please be careful! The area’s had a heckuva double snow (ie, snow-ice-snow), and the roads are slick in a lotta places. Already ran across a coupla fender-benders and one T-bone along the pike. Of course, this can happen on Belvedere Avenue or South Boulevard as well as I-77, 85 or 64, so be careful, especially in icy conditions …

Second, be sure you’ve got antifreeze in your car, as well as plenty of oil! One guy was frantically standin’ on the side of the road this side of Beckley, tryin’ to avoid traffic while waiting for a tow-truck. Steam was pourin’ out his hood (I mean, of his car! ‘Course, it coulda been just as well from under his hoodie for all I know …). I had that happen once, back during my insurance days way-back-when. Fortunately, one of my clients helped pull me to a station down on Independence Boulevard …

Third, always … always … always watch out for the “other guy”! Those old commercials we usedta watch on channel 3 are just as true now as they were back then. Follow at least a car length for every 10 miles per hour you’re driving!

And, lastly: BE PROUD YOU’RE A TARHEEL! You’d be surprised at how many Carolina-blue sweaters and jackets I’ve seen along the way … (funny, I haven’t seen a whole lot of Kentucky blue yet — of course, we know the color God used for the sky, right??).

We live in one of the most comfortable, laid-back and progressive communities in the nation. Though Charlotte’s considered a near-megalopolis (c’mon … look it up!), it doesn’t take much more than driving gran-maw goin’ up a steep, kinda-slushy-kinda-icy-always-tricky hill somewhere outside Podunk to make ya realize “there’s no place like home!”

More from the gig-site tomorrow …

OH, to be in the OUTER BANKS right about now …

Man, with this weather hittin’ so much of the area, it’d be a good time to be at the Outer Banks right now! No matter whether it’s chilly or not, the fact is that it’s peace personified! Clean, ocean-scented air … beautiful sand dunes, wonderful people … and gorgeous sunrises/sets!
And there’s one place that’ll help you find the perfect rental home to go along with that beauty! Carolina Designs Realty has been placing folks in the vacation home of their dreams for over 19 years now, and cover sweet vacation spots like Corolla, Kill Devil Hills and Kitty Hawk (remember the Wright Brothers?), Nags Head (truly a legendary spot) and others!
Listen … you need a good place to unwind, right?? Well, this company gives you a chance to truly enjoy the relaxing, soothing sounds of the beach while just lounging on the front porch of your peaceful corner-of-the-world, sippin’ a cool Pepsi or Cheerwine. Just let ‘em know the area you want, how many bedrooms, price range, etc. — all from the comfort of their front page — and, by one click of your mouse, they’ll show ya the ones that are available! Want beachfront? One that allows pets? A simple “click” will do it!!
It’s an amazing site … one that’s guaranteed to bring you the best of the Banks! So go ahead … start planning your dream vacation now by clicking on the link that brings you the best rentals in the Outer Banks.
And start enjoying vacations again! Just remember to send me a postcard …

Huckaclintobama

Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008

Well, tonight’s gonna “tell the tale” in the Iowa caucuses … a move that, many pundits say, will “set the stage” for the campaigning to come. The scene-stealers, as it stands right now, are a pretty fair guitarist, a very personable African-American, and a woman with determination.

Now, a lot of folks are thinkin’ “This has GOTTA be the year of the Democrats!” Unfortunately, the Present Prez has made that happen … but don’t count out the Elephants, though; the GOP has some heavy-hitters on their side: Mitt Romney, whose drive and motivation has taken the heat off his Mormonism (and, personally, why even bring that up? He’s running for President, not Head Preacher! He knows about the ’separation of Church and State’ as it applies to the Chief Executive’a position!); Rudy Guiliani (if he can stay of that cell phone long enough! Doesn’t his wife know better than call him during speeches?), whose big “claim-to-fame” was his expert handling of 9/11; Fred Thompson, who’s been compared to Ronald Reagan (incidentally: Isn’t it coincidence that his old show, Law & Order, comes back on TV tonight?), and John McCain.

Whoever wins this race (and, for the Dems and the axe-slingin’ former Governor, it’s become so close that it seems we’ll cast our ballots in the new Voters State of Huckaclintobama!) will have to remember they’ve got a VERY big challenge on their plate: bringing peace to the world — and affordable living back to America! They’ll have to overcome many of the obstacles the Bush Administration has created and left for them to deal with. It might take more than the first “100 days” for us to see what the winner’s really worth as Prez, because, for the first part of the term, he (or she) will have a figurative broom in hand to clean up a biiiiiiiig mess!

Whatever the results tonight, I’m hopin’ that Charlotteans will keep a close eye on the results … and make sure their decisions are based, not only on numbers, but on the individual candidate’s sincerity and definitiveness. Only then can we be sure we’ve got the right one in mind when it comes our turn to vote! We don’t want to be left chained outside the “political doghouse” while the big dawgs are barkin’ inside …

SPEAKING OF DOGS (the four-footed kind)

One of the things that Charlotte’s known for nation-wide is its love of dogs (remember the K-9 Cafe in Pineville? Or the many places that pamper pooches with ultimate grooming?). Of course, whether we have a chihuahua or a Great Pyrenees, we want the best goodies to help satisfy our bowwows!
Now, if you wanna get the supplies you need and save a lot of money in the process, you’ll want to check out the dog-gone goods at Jeffers Pet (you’ll see the link to their site at the end of this post)! From beds to bones (mine really love the “L”-Bones they have!), clothing to houses (you’ve gotta see their “room-with-a-view”! That rascal’s even got a patio rooftop! And the price is surprisingly inexpensive!), Doggles™ eyewear, Frisbees™ and more!
Believe me, you’ll be pleased with the sleek selection they have for your pet — and your wallet will be thrilled at the prices! Now, you’ll have a choice of payment, too: Though they have a very secure online check-out, you can also order by phone or mail, if that makes you feel safer. You see, to Jeffers Pet, you’re treated with the respect and quality that you … and your dog … deserve! So, for the best doggie sunshine, just click on the link that’ll take you to the best in dog suppliesJeffers Pet!

New Year’s Resolutions

Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008

Okay, so we made it through the first day of the New Year. Natch, it’s the time when everyone sees how far they can go with those resolutions they made at the end of ‘07. Annnnnnnnd as with everyone, I’ve made a few (remember, I said “a FEW”. Don’t hold me to more …) rezzies of my own:

  • First of all, there’s the longstanding resolution that no more resolutions will be made unless I resolve to absolve the solutions to the broken resolutions of the past (huh?!?)
  • Second (and due to readers’ requests), I’m takin’ this thing back to the old kaffeklatsche style (Please: Don’t make me type that word again!). I want to thank both of them for remembering the old syndie column …
  • Thirdly, you’re gonna see a lot more posts here over the year. There’s so much goin’ on in the QC and with the Relic and … well, we just gotta talk about it all!

In other words — and if you remember the old SouthEast Charlotte News column I did years ago (Coffee Talk), you’ll get an eyeful of goody here (and I don’t mean powders! ‘Sides, that stings a little!) as well as (trust me: once, I was takin’ one, had it to guzzle-level, and sneezed as I was takin’ it!) the necessarily serious when I gotta be.
That bein’ said …

C’mon, ‘08 — SHOW US WHATCHA GOT!

and stay tuned …

LIVIN’ IN THE “REAL” WORLD

Y’know, one of my prime pleasures comes from livin’ here in the sunshine of friends, neighbors and action! But there’s one resolution I wanna keep most, and that’s to finally get somethin’ outside a rental here!
Now, there’s a place I found that’ll help in every way they can, and they’ll be hearin’ from this Relic very soon! They go that famous “extra mile” to find you a home (note: I said home … not just house!) and … well, they’re the most reputable of all the real estate companies in the nation!
In fact, they have a 94% success rating among all the property buyers/sellers … and, folks, that’s the best in the industry! Their agents are professionals at negotiation, move the transaction along at a solid rate — certainly pleasing to any buyer, and the best and most reliable advice you’ll ever get in buying a home.
They even provide different home-buying calculators to let you know how much you’ll be saving, say, between renting and buying; what your amortization rates will be; monthly payments, and more!
And here’s the best part: All you’ve got to do to get started to find the best real estate to suit you is click on that link you just passed … and let GMAC Real Estate do the rest!
Believe me … I’m lookin’ forward to it … and I guarantee you’ll be as satisfied as the thousands who’ve used their services already!
Do it today, okay?
