Make no mistake about it: Charlotte’s gone to the dogs! Everywhere you look, you’ll see well-groomed, happy Jack Russells, Poms, Yorkies, Westies, mixes and more out in the parks, walkin’ their masters (C’mon, ‘fess up: Ya don’t think you walk them, do ya??) and havin’ fun. Now, I know what the Observer printed about the CharMeck Animal Control — and was tempted to show that pic of the Pekingese on here — but ya can’t give a verdict while the jury’s out, right??
